If your wireless card is properly installed and you are within range of a wireless access point the card will automatically detect the wireless network. The card will identify the wireless network as "ICC Student".
Your computer should be configured to obtain the network information automatically (DHCP).
Opening your web browser and attempting to go to any web site will present you with the Illinois Central College Wireless Access login screen. At this screen you must fill in your username and password as well as select the appropriate domain.
You may now use the Internet as normal. The connections to the Internet will timeout after a limited amount of time. Keeping the small popup window open will prevent your Internet connection from timing out. If you do not see the small popup window after you login please verify that you are not blocking popups and that your browser supports JavaScript.
