ICC Student Email has been upgraded as of August, 2008.
The student email system has been upgraded to Google Apps for Education. This new system offers new features and improved usability for ICC students, including nearly 7 GB of online mail and file
storage. However, there are a few things you need to know about this upgrade.
What do you need to know?
Your ICC student email password has been reset to uppercase ICC followed by the last 5 digits of your social security number. Example: ICC12345
Email in your account from previous semesters will no longer be available. If you had any mail saved in your account that you need you may contact
the ICC Help Desk at (309) 694-5457 and request that your mail be migrated to your new account. This service will be available until January 1st 2009.
Your email address has not changed. Your email address will continue to be username@lab.icc.edu
Your ICC student email password is no longer tied to your ICC network account. Changing one will not change the other.
