The IL Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), is a co-located affiliate of the Heartland Partnership which includes the Economic Development Council for Central Illinois, the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce, and other economic development organizations. The IL PTAC provides government contracting services for small and medium-sized existing businesses in Central Illinois. The Center assists regional companies in doing business with federal, state, and local government agencies, private sector prime contractors, and second-tier suppliers. Since FY '94, area companies have won government contracts totaling $350,189,473.62 (7/1/1994 – 5/18/2007) with the assistance of IL PTAC. In our "one-stop shop," we network and collaborate with our team of economic development specialists and help you meet your business needs with our combined services.
