Illinois Central College encourages excellence in teaching, learning and professional development by providing faculty and staff with a Teaching and Learning Center to experience, develop and practice instructional innovation.
The Teaching and Learning Center (240A, East Peoria campus) serves as the primary location for TLC services and events which include formal and informal scheduled events, one-on-one consultation, drop-in assistance and in-service training.
TLC Staff can assist all ICC Personnel with basic computer use, eServices/PeopleSoft, Blackboard, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Easy Grade Pro, USB/flash drives and other instructional technology tools.

The mission of the Teaching and Learning Center is to provide learning opportunities to enhance the ability of faculty and staff to help students succeed.

Locations and Equipment
East Peoria Campus, 240A - Edwards Academic Bldg.
13 high-speed networked computers, DVD-readers/ burner, CD-burners, two flat-bed scanners,
color printer, copier/black and white printer, microphones and speakers.
Four Digital Cameras, Digital Voice Recorder, Video Camera, web cam, wireless remotes for classroom projectors, and clickers can be checked out by faculty.
Peoria Campus, 204 - Thomas K. Thomas Bldg.
One networked computer with speakers, a scanner and color printer.
ICC North,
Faculty assistance and support is available onsite on the ICC North Campus by appointment.
