Azure Fundamentals

Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)

This course is for Azure Administrators. The Azure Administrator implements, manages, and monitors identity, governance, storage, compute, and virtual networks in a cloud environment. The Azure Administrator will provision, size, monitor, and adjust resources as appropriate. This course teaches IT Professionals how to manage their Azure subscriptions, secure identities, administer the infrastructure, configure virtual networking, connect Azure and on-premises sites, manage network traffic, implement storage solutions, create and scale virtual machines, implement web apps and containers, back up and share data, and monitor solutions.

Windows 10 (MD-100)

Recommended Prior Experience: There are no prerequisites for the Microsoft MD-100 Windows 10 Exam. However, you must be familiar with Microsoft 365 workloads. Additionally, you must be proficient and experienced in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10 and non-Windows devices and technologies.
Length of Program: 50 hours

Managing Modern Desktops (MD-101)

Recommended Prior Experience: There are no prerequisites for the Microsoft MD-101 Managing Modern Desktops Exam. However, you must be familiar with Microsoft 365 workloads. Additionally, you must be proficient and experienced in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10 and non-Windows devices and technologies.
Length of Program: 40 hours

This course gets into managing modern desktops. Topics covered include planning a Windows 10 deployment, Windows 10 installation options, Windows Update as a service, user and device profiles, device enrollment with Intune and Azure, managing applications, Azure AD identity management, implementing compliance and device authentication, and implementing Windows 10 security.

Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Recommended Prior Experience: Candidates for this certification have experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 technologies including Intune. They must have strong skills and experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows client and non-Windows devices. Endpoint administrators collaborate with architects, Microsoft 365 administrators, security administrators, and other workload administrators to plan and implement a modern workplace strategy that meets the business needs of an organization.
Length of Program: 90 hours

The Microsoft MD-100 – Windows 10 certification measures your ability to accomplish the following technical tasks: deploy Windows; manage devices and data; configure connectivity; and maintain Windows. 

Gain hands-on experience to pass the Microsoft MD-101 certification exam with the Managing Modern Desktops (MD-101) course and lab. The lab is cloud-based, device-enabled, and can easily be integrated with an LMS. The MD-101 course and lab comprehensively cover the Microsoft MD-101 certification exam objectives and provide the knowledge required to manage security, devices, and authentication; configure audit, plan, and manage Microsoft Intune, and more. The MD-101 training course will also help you learn how to install and update Windows 10.

Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700)

Recommended Prior Experience: Candidates for this exam are Microsoft Teams administrators who deliver secure, efficient, and effective internal and external collaboration and communication capabilities with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.

Microsoft Teams administrators manage and maintain internal and external collaboration and communication solutions using Teams and Microsoft 365. Teams administrators are responsible for configuring and managing teams, channels, chat, apps, calling, meetings, and events. They manage phone numbers and services for Teams Phone. They manage the operational aspects of Teams clients and devices. Teams administrators collaborate with owners of other workloads, including networking, identity, licensing, information management, and user adoption. They work with collaboration and communication system engineers to implement advanced Teams Phone and Teams Rooms scenarios. They plan and implement governance, security, and compliance for Teams.

This certificate is designed to improve analytical skills by recognizing various types of data, transforming raw data into metadata, and creating useful business visualizations of that data with Microsoft’s Business Intelligence, data visualization tool, Power BI.
