This form is only for FACULTY use. STUDENTS who need enrolled in a class in Blackboard should contact their instructors via email or phone.  Check the Campus or Faculty directories for contact information: http://icc.edu/contact/campusDirectory.asp

Requests will be processed in an order-received basis within 48 hrs. Mon. through Fri. We cannot honor special requests, such as processing enrollments on a specific day or after a specific date. Questions? Contact the TLC at tlc@icc.edu or (309) 694-8908.

Batch Enroll Request Form Requirements:

1.) One request per form - do not add additional courses in the comment box.

2.) Blackboard Course ID (Not your Course Name). Example "ENGL110Smith20120426" from the Courses tab and Course List (ID is left of the colon). What is my Blackboard Course ID?

3.) Four-digit Class Number from the course schedule.

This form uses javascript to check information, you'll get a pop-up alert if there is invalid information.
