Batch Enroll Request Form

Have your student roster automatically enrolled into your Blackboard course for you. You will need to fill out a form for each course that you wish to have students enrolled in. You'll need your Blackboard Course IDLog in to Blackboard. The link name under <My Courses> is your Blackboard Course ID.<br /> It's usually in the format of; subject catalog number instructor last name (section number).<br />Example <ENGL105Smith3>.">Blackboard Course ID and your Class Numberfour-digit number found in both the print and online course schedule under "class number". The Teaching and Learning Center staff will enroll the students and send you a confirmation email when it has been completed.

Be sure to Archive and RecyclePreserve the general course information/ content and remove content specific to a semester (students, grades,etc...) your site before you batch enroll your courses, otherwise students from a previous term will be combined with your current students.
