Course Content in Alternative Modes Invitation & Registration (CEU Information)

  • The Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is a nationally recognized standard unit of measurement for participation in a continuing education (CE) activity that is not offered for academic credit.
  • 1 hour of training equals .1 CEU.
  • CEU's for this workshop will be documented on a certificate of participation. Each participant who completes this workshop successfully will receive a certificate with the CEU calculation.
  • This certificate will be the only documentation for CEU's provided; it is the responsibility of the participant to verify that the certificate of completion will be sufficient verification for his/her employer.
  • Successful completion of the course will provide 1 CEU, calculated as follows:
    • 7 hours of training (reviewing the modules and materials introduced each week and attempting the assigned tasks or homework suggested on each module page)
    • 3 hours of training (attending three 1 hour virtual classroom sessions)
