| 1 | High school graduate or equivalent |
| 2 | Score of 62 or higher on the COMPASS Reading Test, ICC Testing Center (309) 694-5234 |
| 3 | Grade of "C" or better in BIOL 140 and TM 110 |
| 4 | Physical examination |
| 5 | Background check |
