| 1 | Score of 62 or higher on the COMPASS Reading Test. To setup this test, call the ICC Testing Center at (309) 694-5234 |
| 2 | Physical examination and immunizations |
| 3 | Background check (view additional background check requirements) |
| 4 | Student must be 16 years of age or older |
The Basic Nurse Assistant Training Program begins every semester. You must attend an information session in order to apply to the program. Please call the Nurse Assistant Hotline at (309) 999-4262 in order to find the date of the next information session.
