The mission of Career Services is to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art resources and services to the ICC college district by assisting in career exploration, career development, and job placement.
Career Services staff members are happy to work with the community to provide career exploration tools, career information and websites for internet research. We have career guidance systems suitable for all grade levels and to suit the individual needs of students. Teachers frequently call on us to present programs to their classrooms.
Students can begin the process of exploring their abilities, interests, and work values through simple to use assessments. Students learn the WHY, WHEN, WHO, and HOW of making a career choice. To find out more, please call Career Services at (309) 694-5153. ICC counselors are happy to provide follow-up career counseling after the assessment phase to assist in choosing a major.
