Project Readiness Checklist

Write a project name and description for your project, and then evaluate the statement using the readiness criteria. Score the readiness of your project by adding up the ratings and compare to the readiness recommendations. If you answer "don't know" more than three times, consider collecting more information before writing a project charter.

Although highly recommended, this checklist is not required for writing a project charter.

* A score of 1 signifies you agree with the statement. Give a score of 5 if you disagree with the statement.
