The Risk Management and Benefits Office was created to provide an environment that is conducive to good health and safety. Subsequently, we strive to provide the best insurance coverage to protect the health and welfare of the College community by the most effective and creative means available. We take great pride in the quality of the programs and coverage offered to faculty and staff. It is our goal to exceed every expectation for customer service in the course of administration of the Health and Life Plans, Wellness Programs, Section 125 Plan, and Employee Assistance Program.

We in the Risk & Benefits Office wish to assure all employees and retirees who participate in the health plan that all personal health information forwarded to us for the purpose of administering the health plan is kept completely confidential.

You will find links to descriptions of the various plans, required forms, and procedures, and frequently asked questions (FAQ). In addition, the FAQ section will contain updates and changes that will occur, so please make sure to check it out often.
