ICC eServices Status

ICC eServices is currently unavailable until Monday, March 19th at 8:00am due to a system upgrade.

The following Services and Programs are unavailable during this period:

• Student Enrollment – During the upgrade, you will not be able to register for classes using the online system. While you may wish to fill out enrollment cards, you will not be able to turn them in to the Student Service Center (SSC) until Monday, March 19.
• Financial Aid Records – Online student financial aid records will be unavailable during the upgrade. Offices will be open to accept outstanding paperwork for completion of verification or other requested documents.
• Online Registration – There is currently a “time out” on the website for registration. You will not be able to register for classes online during the upgrade.
• In-Person Registration – To be fair to all students, in-person registration will not be available while the system is being upgraded. Normal in-person registration will resume on March 19 at 8:00 a.m.
• Online Late Withdrawal – Late withdrawal requests with appropriate signatures can be turned in to Student Service Center. SSC staff will note the date of submission for each card. The cards will be processed when the system is brought back up on March 19.
