Demographic Data

To view Student ID number and other demographic data within the ICC Student System, click Demographic Data from Student Center (bottom of the page)

For all changes to demographic data, contact the ICC Student Service Center at (309) 694-5610
To return to your Student Center, click Home

Names

To view all names on file, click Names from Student Center (bottom of the page)
For all name changes, please contact the Student Service Center at (309) 694-5610
To return to Student Center, click Home

Changing an Address

To view and change address currently on file, click Current Address from Student Center
To edit current address click edit button
Make changes and click OK
Using date field, you can specify when new address becomes effective. If change is immediate, use today's date. Once you have verified the address and effective date, click SAVE.
Click OK to confirm address change
To return to Student Center, click Home

Adding an Address

To add a new address, click Current Address from Student Center
NOTE:The HOME Address is the only address used for official notification from ICC
Click Add a New Address button
Enter new address and click OK button
Indicate address type in Address Types field by clicking the check box
Using date field, specify when new address will become effective. If change is immediate, use today's date. Once you have verified the address and effective date, click SAVE
Click OK to confirm address change
To return to Student Center, click Home

Adding, Deleting and Changing a Phone Number

To view, add or change phone number currently on file, click Phone from Student Center
To make changes to current phone number, type directly over phone number that you wish to change and click SAVE
Click OK to confirm phone number change
To return to Student Center, click Home/
To add alternate phone number, click ADD A PHONE NUMBER

Use drop down menu to select phone type, enter the phone number (including area code)
To make this number your preferred number, click the checkbox under Preferred column. When necessary, the PREFERRED phone number is used by ICC to contact you
To finish click SAVE button
Click OK to confirm addition of new phone number
To return to Student Center, click Home
To delete phone number for specific phone type, click delete button associated with type
Confirm deletion of phone number by clicking Yes-Delete or cancel delete process by clicking No-Do Not Delete
To return to Student Center, click Home

Adding, Deleting and Changing an Email Address

To view, add or change email address currently on file, click Email Address from Student Center
To change an email address other than the Lab email address, type directly over the email address you wish to change and click SAVE
Confirm change of email address by clicking OK
To return to Student Center, click Home
To add e-mail address, click Add an Email Address button
Use drop down menu and select one of the following email types: business, home or other
Enter e-mail address and click checkbox to make this email address your Preferred email address. This will be the email address used by instructors when communicating with you.
Click Save button
To confirm addition of email address, click OK
To return to Student Center, click Home
To delete email address, click delete button next to address
Confirm deletion of email address by clicking Yes-Delete or cancel clicking No-Do Not Delete
To return to Student Center, click Home
