Dropping a Class

  • Click Drop a Class from your Student Center
  • Select the correct term by clicking the circle next to the appropriate term and then click Continue button
  • Select class to be dropped by clicking the Select column next to the class and click DROP SELECTED CLASSES

  • Confirm the class that is about to be dropped and click FINISH DROPPING
  • Verify the drop is successful. All successful enrollments have a green check mark in the Status column. All enrollment errors have a red X in the Status column.
  • View updated class schedule by clicking My Class Schedule
  • To view only current schedule, uncheck Show Dropped Classes and Show Waitlisted Classes and click filter
  • To print your schedule, click the browser printer icon at the top of the screen or use keyboard shortcut CTRL+P

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If class was dropped prior to start date, the class will not be displayed on the class schedule. (Withdraw with refund)

If class was dropped prior to the refund date but after start of term, class still shows on student schedule as withdrawn with no grade assigned. (Withdraw with refund)

If class was dropped during the semester and after refund date, class schedule will display the class with a status of withdrawn (W for withdrawal, WF for Withdrawal Failure).
