Transcripts

The processing of official transcripts is completed by Student Services Center (Admissions) only upon written request from the student. A signed release should include the following information:

Full name and any previous names used at ICC
Social Security Number or ICC student ID
Date of birth
Number of copies of the transcript
Address where the transcript is being sent
Any special instructions (ie: mail in separate envelopes; send after semester grades are processed, etc.)
Student signature

Any student who has a financial obligation with Illinois Central College will have their transcript withheld.

Transcripts normally are processed within 2-3 business days but may take longer during peak periods.

Be sure to include a check or money order in the amount of $2.00 per transcript copy to cover the cost of processing the request.

In Person
Students may come to the Student Services Center (Admissions) in East Peoria (L211) Monday-Friday during normal business hours and fill out a Transcript Request Form to have an official transcript sent to other colleges and employers. Transcripts may also be requested at the Perley Main Office in downtown Peoria (PS103) on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, or at ICC-North Cedar Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

There is a $2.00 charge per transcript copy. Transcript requests can be processed on a "While You Wait" basis (within 30 minutes) for a charge of $5.00 per transcript copy at any ICC campus on the days mentioned above. This service may not be available during peak times.

Some colleges and universities will not accept transcripts delivered by individual students.
