Finding Child Care
If you are looking for child care you may call our office to speak with a Child Care Advisor. An intake form will be completed with you in order to find child care providers that best meet your needs. Information gathered for each family during the initial intake is kept on file for one year and remains confidential. Tell the Child Care Advisor which type of child care is best for you. If you prefer, you may email our office at cccreferral@icc.edu to request your referrals. A Child Care Advisor will contact you for specific information to help in your search for child care that best fits your individual needs.
You will receive a list of child care providers in the mail along with written materials that will assist you in your search for a child care provider. If you would like, your list can also be phoned, emailed or faxed to you.
Once you receive your list of providers, make an appointment to visit each provider and take along the "Child Care Program Checklist" to help you identify a quality child care program. You will receive a checklist in your packet from CCR&R or you may access a checklist from Child Care Aware.
Child Care Connection would like to hear from you! After you have contacted our office for referrals, please complete the Follow Up Form and let us know how we can better serve you.
If you would like information about help to pay for child care, our Child Care Assistance Program will be able to help you.
