Full Day, ICC Rate
To qualify for full day with the ICC rate, the parent must be faculty, staff or student taking a minimum of 6 hours of classes in the current semester. Children must be enrolled for 2, 3, or 5 full days per week during the Fall, Spring, and Summer Semesters. Your child must arrive by 9:00am. These days are pre-arranged and no credit is given if your child is absent due to illness, personal days, classes canceled or other reasons. You may take no-charge vacations only during mini-mesters, Spring Break or the week before holiday shut-down. We will also hold your spot over the summer if you do not need summer care. No other vacation requests will be honored. The cost is $23.00 per day or $110.00 per week. If your child is scheduled to attend 5 days, you will be charged for the following holidays: Labor Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, and the July 4th Holiday.
Grandparents
If an ICC employee is a grandparent of a child living in his or her household, or is responsible for the child care bill, the ICC employee may ask for the ICC rate for his or her grandchild. The employee will use his or her college ID number and social security number, and the employee will receive the tax benefits of the grandchild’s child care charges.
Hourly
1-25 hours per week (max 5 hours per day) in the hourly room. This time is pre-arranged and no credit is given if your child is absent due to illness, classes canceled, or other reasons. This room is open during the Fall, Spring and Summer Semesters, whenever classes are in session. The cost is $4.60 per hour. To have a lunch included in the cost, the child must be in attendance at least 3 hours (including lunch time) or pay $3.50 for the lunch (discounts are given if you qualify for Free or Reduced Price lunches.) No outside food may be brought in for meals. No additional charges are added for breakfast service. No credit or extra charges are incurred for Finals week if you need extra time, or need to change or delete days. Hourly children needing care during Mini-mesters will be placed in Full time classrooms and charged the full day rate.
Full Day, Public Rate
While priority is given to students and staff of ICC, occasionally spots become available to the general public who do not qualify for the ICC rate. Children must be enrolled for at least 2 full days per week. These days are pre-arranged and no credit is given if your child is absent due to illness, personal days, classes canceled or other reasons. You may take no-charge vacations during mini-mesters, the week before holiday shut-down and during the Spring break, unless you need care. We will also hold your spot over the summer if you do not need summer care. No other vacation requests will be honored. The cost for public is $28.00 per day or $135.00 per week. If your child is scheduled to attend 5 days, you will be charged for the following holidays: Labor Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, and the July 4th Holiday.
