Program Information:
The Customer Service Professional Certificate is designed to bridge a gap between the AAS Office Professional Degree and the AAS Management Degree. The Customer Service Professional Certificate merges the office/technological skills with the human relations/management skills needed by customer service personnel. The certificate provides an enhancement to current degree seekers or a stepping stone option for individuals to move into either degree program.
