Photovoltaic Installer Certificate

Program Information/Mission:

The mission of the Photovoltaic Installer certificate program is to use lecture and hands-on laboratory experience to prepare students for employment in the Solar Photovoltaic (PV) field by educating them in the knowledge, skills, and behaviors as an entry-level solar PV installer.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Admission to the Program:

A completion of MAT 094 or higher, with a grade of "C" or better or equivalent placement score.
