Program Information:
This program is designed to prepare students for employment as Database Administrators. The degree is designed to train students to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot relational database systems on specific platforms. Experience is gained in different relational database engines. Students learn the latest techniques to build and maintain databases at their optimal performance levels.

Admission to the Program:
Students are expected to be proficient in the use of the Windows operating system prior to enrolling. Proficiency may be exhibited by completing DATPR 142 with a grade of "C" or better or passing the DATPR 142 Proficiency Exam.
