Sue Sinclair

Sue Sinclair, Head Coach

Coach Sue Sinclair begins her sixteenth season with the ICC volleyball team, with a record of 546-262. Her teams have qualified for Nationals 8 years with a 5th place finish in 2004. She has coached 14 All Americans and sent 47 athletes on scholarship to play for four year institutions. Coach Sinclair has served in many administrative roles for volleyball nationwide. She is a two time past president of the NJCAA Volleyball Coaches Association and currently serves on both the USA Volleyball Board of Directors and the American Volleyball Coaches Association Board of Directors representing all two year institutions. She was recently inducted into the NJCAA Volleyball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2004. She also serves as ICC Athletic Director. Sue played for Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, as the Salukis setter, and recorded 2,041 career assists. She was an All-Gateway Conference selection twice and was a GTE Academic All-American.

Traci Reach

Traci Reach, Assistant Coach/Trainer

Traci Reach has been with the Cougars for 14 years. She played volleyball and softball for John A. Logan College and has a master’s degree from ISU in athletic training and a master’s from Bradley University in physical therapy. She is employed by Midwest Orthopaedic Center and also serves as the Head Athletic Trainer for all ICC athletic teams.

Trish Guinee

Trish Guinee, Assistant Coach

Trish Guinee has been an assistant volleyball coach at ICC for 17 years. She has also coached at the middle school and high school levels. As a competitor, she played on an ISU team that finished eighth in the nation. Trish has her doctorate in mathematics education from Illinois State University and is the mathematics coordinator for District 150.

Samantha Rennau

Samantha Rennau, Assistant Coach

Samantha Rennau joining the Cougars again, but this time in the coaching role. Samantha was a former two time All-American for ICC in 2000 and 2001 before accepting a scholarship to play for Bowling Green State University (2002-2004) where she was captain her senior year. She also competed and traveled with Athletes In Action the summer of 2001 to Southeast Asia. Samantha earned her degree in Education and was an Academic All American.

Janelle Reeb

Janelle Reeb, Assistant Coach

Janelle Reeb assistant coach, is in her fourth year with the Cougars. She teaches physical education in District 86 and enjoys spending time with her family. Janelle graduated from Truman State University in 2001 with a degree in exercise science and played 4 years of volleyball. In 1999, she was named to the 1st team, All-Mid-American Intercollegiate Athletic Association and to the AVCA All-South Central Region team.
