Men's Soccer
The Illinois Central College mens soccer team won the Region 24 Championship game against Lincolnland Community College. The game ended in a 1-1 tie after regulation and two scoreless overtime periods. ICC won in a penalty shootout 3-1. It was the 4th time in the last 5 years that ICC has won the Region 24 Championship and advanced to the Central District Championship game. 4th ranked ICC will play 5th ranked Schoolcraft College in Livonia, Michigan on Saturday, November 7th at Noon. Schoolcraft College won the Region 12 tournament. The winner of the Central District Championship game advances to the NJCAA division I national tournament.
Illinois Central College has a record of 17-0-1.
