ST. LOUIS — The Illinois Central College men's basketball team was outscored by 13 points from the free throw line Saturday, losing 83-75 to Forest Park.

'We missed some easy inside shots and couldn't make our free throws, and that was the difference in the game,' ICC assistant coach Tim Sack said.

The Cougars were 12-of-21 from the free throw line, compared to 25-for-35 for Forest Park.

ICC, which led 39-38 at the half, was led by Dorel Sutherland's 12 points. Jimmy Cuban added 10 points for the Cougars.

ICC next plays Dec. 27 at home against two-time NJCAA Division II champion Mott (Mich.).
