Program Requirements

Enrollment in the Diesel Powered Equipment Technology program is limited. A student must apply to the college, take both the placement test and mechanical reasoning test, and meet with one of the DPET advisors to be considered for this program.

Tools must be purchased at the start of the program if you do not already own them. A discounted set may be purchased through the program.

Deadline dates to submit completed application requirements are December 1 and April 1 for the following fall semester. Applications received after April 1 will be considered if openings occur prior to the start of the fall semester.
