Proctoring Services
Illinois Central College
The Testing Center offers exam proctoring services for students taking courses at ICC; missed exams, online students unable to make scheduled exam time, access services exams.
- Faculty Contact Info Form must be filled out by the instructor at the beginning of each semester at each office used for testing
- Test administration instructions should be explicit and must be submitted on the gold Proctored Exam Form [doc]
- Goldenrod paper must be used when printing the Proctored Exam Form
- Please send the exam and gold form directly to the office where you want the student to take the exam
- Instructors may e-mail exams to the Testing Center at testing@icc.edu
- Appointment and Photo ID are required
- Test Denial Form will be sent to the instructor by the Testing Center/Learning Lab if a student is unable to test for any reason and will list reason denied
- Testing is available at the following locations:
- East Peoria Testing Center, L220
- ICC North Learning Lab, Cedar 136
- Perley Learning Lab, Perley 112
Other Institutions
The Testing Center offers exam proctoring services for students taking courses at other educational institutions.
- Contact the Testing Center in order to learn the procedure for having the examination sent to ICC
- Appointments for test dates will be made once the examination has been received by the Testing Center
- Test administration instructions should be explicit and submitted to the Testing Center by the Institution
- Photo ID is required on test date
- A fee may be charged for proctoring services
